Benny Foster
Founder & Head Mentor
Benny Foster is the heart and vision behind Mentorloop. As Founder & Head Mentor, he is committed to ensuring that every student has the academic, social, and emotional support needed to succeed. With a deep belief in the power of mentorship, Benny created Mentorloop to bridge the gap between students and the guidance they need to thrive.
With a background in tutoring children who struggle with the English language, Benny saw firsthand the transformative impact that one-on-one mentorship can have on a student’s confidence and future. Under his leadership, Mentorloop has grown into a community where teen mentors provide individualized support in language and literacy, homework help, and goal-setting. His approach centers on empowerment—helping students recognize their strengths and chart a meaningful path forward.
For Benny, mentorship is more than just guidance; it’s about helping students see the possibilities within themselves and giving them the tools to reach them. His dedication continues to shape Mentorloop’s mission: to provide every student with a strong foundation for success.

With a passion for History, English, and Science, Ivy has channeled her academic strengths into meaningful service.
